- Perform Microsoft 365 and security configuration work.
- Execute compliance-related remediation and project tasks.
- Onboard/offboard client devices.
- Lead or assist with migration and rollout projects.
- Maintain and update documentation in ITGlue.
- Help organize and automate compliance processes and controls.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Active Directory to Azure/Exchange migrations.
- AD/Azure hybrid environments.
- Advanced networking.
- Virtualization.
- EDR/MDR/XDR deployments.
- Compliance-as-a-Service (CaaS) tasks.
- Networking:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing/switching, VPNs, firewalls, and WAN technologies.
- Virtualization & Cloud:
- Proficiency with VMware ESXi/vSphere or Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure (design, deployment, and maintenance).
- Security:
- Hands-on experience with EDR/MDR/XDR platforms.
- Email security configuration (phishing protection, spam filtering, DKIM/DMARC/SPF).
- Microsoft 365 Ecosystem:
- Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, and DLP.
- Experience with Autopilot and device onboarding preferred.
- Scripting & Automation:
- Proficient in PowerShell.
- Capable of using AI tools for task automation, script generation, and idea organization.
- Experience with:
- Heimdal, Blackpoint, or similar cybersecurity platforms.
- Compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CIS Controls, Cyber Insurance).
- ITGlue documentation platform.
- Atera or other RMM tools.
