- Support and advance the company’s back-end infrastructure using tools such as Kaseya, Dark Web monitoring, Rocket Cyber, BullPhish, SaaS Alerts, and various rapid response and penetration testing platforms.
- Comprehensive training will be provided; prior experience with these tools is not mandatory.
- Install, configure, and maintain critical IT environments including Office 365, Google Workspace, Amazon AWS, and Windows Server systems.
- Apply medium to high proficiency in programming languages to automate and modernize IT services and processes.
- Analyze and evaluate diverse IT services to recommend optimal solutions for clients.
- Develop scripts to streamline IT background processes and create training materials for internal staff and clients.
- Optimize and scale purchased hardware and software to meet organizational needs.
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of Email, DNS, Antivirus, Firewall, VPN, remote access, backup, and virtualization platforms.
- Oversee ticketing systems such as Kaseya BMS and maintain troubleshooting documentation using platforms like ITGlue.
- Deliver excellent customer service with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ensure a secure, efficient, and scalable IT infrastructure aligned with the company’s goals.
- Access to top-level technical resources for troubleshooting and feature development.
- Administration experience with Office 365, Google Workspace, and Amazon AWS platforms.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, Linux, macOS, and Windows Server environments.
- Skilled in remote software installation and management.
- Experience in local network administration, including IP addressing.
- Strong customer service skills, ticket management, and documentation creation.
- Administration of email filtering, DNS, and IT security tools.
- Experience managing backup solutions, firewalls, and virtualization software.
- Advanced server and cloud services administration skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages used to automate IT tasks.
- Installation and maintenance of servers and cloud services.
- Familiarity with various network administration software tools.
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of customer-facing applications and services.
- Relevant experience and certifications for the services offered to clients.
- Ability to identify and present sales opportunities.
- Understanding of Kaseya products is a plus but not required.
