As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team’s efficiency and organization. You will be responsible for managing digital workflows, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with basic accounting duties. As you become comfortable with the initial tasks, additional responsibilities will be introduced to further support our operations.Key Responsibilities:

Provide digital organization support, including reviewing incoming emails, identifying key action items, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
Learn and adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on Monday.com for effective task management and workflow tracking.
Enter and maintain accurate data on our internal platform used for managing lighting retrofit projects.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, following established processes and receiving training and SOPs from our accountant.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage digital tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in data entry with a high attention to accuracy and detail.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge, preferably with experience using QuickBooks or similar software.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and task execution.
