- Respond to escalated service desk tickets (Tier 2/3) efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to alerts for service outages affecting servers and networks.
- Setup and manage Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD policies.
- Provide software support for end users, including everyday applications such as QuickBooks and Office 365.
- Manage network configurations including VLAN port updates on switches.
- Onboard new users and decommission accounts for terminated users.
- Assist end users with a variety of technical support queries.
- Update and create technical support documentation regularly.
- Maintain responsibility and stay current with assigned software tools.
- Consistently log into Teams to communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on knowledge of network management: DHCP, DNS, subnets, firewall rules, and VLANs.
- Experience with Sophos, Datto RMM, and Autotask PSA.
- Proven background as a Level 2 Technician with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with resolving common technical issues including printer support, Office 365, QuickBooks, and alert troubleshooting.
- Ability to think quickly, troubleshoot OS-level issues, and apply appropriate fixes.
- Strong English communication skills: clear verbal and written communication is essential.
