- Maintain consistent posting cadence: 4–5 LinkedIn posts/week, 5 Instagram posts/week, and podcast content repurposing.
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write persuasive, engaging, and authority-building copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube scripts.
- Create scripts for face-to-camera videos, podcast intros/outros, and client case studies.
- Repurpose long-form podcast episodes into short-form content (Reels, Shorts, carousels).
- Audience & ICP Alignment
- Understand and speak directly to the brand’s ICPs using their pain points, hopes, and blockers.
- Apply messaging frameworks that call out audience struggles, show transformation, and position the brand as a trusted growth partner.
- Visual Direction & Asset Coordination
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to deliver premium, clean, and relatable content.
- Ensure all visual assets match brand guidelines.
- Platform Management
- Schedule, publish, and engage with followers on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Track and report on KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, DMs, and discovery call bookings.
- Podcast Execution Support
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and promoting the podcast.
- Coordinate guest outreach, clip creation, and distribution across channels.
- Innovation & AI Integration
- Leverage AI tools to streamline research, draft ideas, create first-pass copy, and generate creative concepts.
- Stay ahead of content trends, social algorithms, and B2B digital marketing best practices.
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B brand or personal brand social media accounts, preferably in a leadership or strategy role.
- Proven results in driving engagement, authority, and lead generation for business decision-maker audiences.
- Advanced English (fluent in writing and speaking; native-level copy quality).
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for LinkedIn long-form and Instagram short-form captions.
- Strong understanding of Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and how to craft content that converts.
- Skilled in scriptwriting for short and long-form video content.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI content tools, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose fresh content ideas weekly.
- Bonus: Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Comfortable working directly with a CEO and high-level business leaders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to turn strategy into execution with minimal supervision.
- Understands the nuances of brand building, thought leadership, and authority positioning.
