We are looking for a driven Sales Representative focused on generating leads and acquiring clients through multi-channel outreach. The ideal candidate is skilled in personalized communication, conducting discovery calls, and managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions while consistently meeting key sales performance indicators.Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify prospective clients using LinkedIn and industry databases.
  • Generate leads via cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Develop personalized outreach messages and follow-up email sequences based on marketing best practices.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify client needs and present solutions.
  • Track all interactions, tasks, and deals in Pipedrive CRM.
  • Work with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and proposals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of services to clearly articulate value to prospects.
  • Achieve weekly activity and conversion KPIs including outreach volume, booked calls, and proposals sent.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to inbound messages and inquiries to capture warm leads.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, or MSP industries)
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, and basic CRM workflows
  • Experience with cold emailing, email marketing platforms (e.g., Apollo, or similar)
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and initiating conversations with cold leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools
