- Research and identify prospective clients using LinkedIn and industry databases.
- Generate leads via cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Develop personalized outreach messages and follow-up email sequences based on marketing best practices.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify client needs and present solutions.
- Track all interactions, tasks, and deals in Pipedrive CRM.
- Work with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and proposals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of services to clearly articulate value to prospects.
- Achieve weekly activity and conversion KPIs including outreach volume, booked calls, and proposals sent.
- Monitor and respond promptly to inbound messages and inquiries to capture warm leads.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, or MSP industries)
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, and basic CRM workflows
- Experience with cold emailing, email marketing platforms (e.g., Apollo, or similar)
- Comfortable with outbound calling and initiating conversations with cold leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools
