The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth, aligning marketing initiatives with the company’s business objectives.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistency and creativity in communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and enhance marketing strategies, aligning efforts to maximize results.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies based on quantitative and qualitative results.
  • Manage marketing budgets and oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring efficiency and quality in every deliverable.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and technologies, ensuring the company’s marketing efforts remain relevant and competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 1pm (GMT -4-00) Atlantic Time (Canada), Caracas, La PazBenefits
