- Create and execute sales strategies to expand service offerings and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., recruitment, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business development tactics and increase competitiveness.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT staffing, recruitment, or related fields.
- Demonstrable track record of selling nearshore IT staffing services to clients in the U.S. market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
- Understanding of nearshore outsourcing models, labor market trends, and client needs.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and maintain multiple client relationships.
- Familiarity with HubSpot / CRM software and other business development tools.
- Background in developing partnerships with Fortune 1000 or high-growth tech companies.
- Native Spanish.
- Advanced Oral English.
