- Identify, engage, and convert new business leads across the U.S., Canada, and Europe through email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn marketing, networking, referrals, and industry forums.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage inbound inquiries from website forms, phone calls, and emails.
- Guide leads through the full sales cycle until the first hire is completed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and relationship growth.
- Email contracts for review/signature and provide follow-up support to resolve FAQs and clarify contractual terms.
- Monitor client engagement and develop tailored freelancer solutions based on identified needs and business pain points.
- Design, implement, and monitor short- and long-term business strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Conduct internal/external data analysis to assess company performance and identify improvement areas.
- Support marketing initiatives in collaboration with the internal team.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Track KPIs including cost per client acquisition, client lifetime value, and cost to acquire freelancers.
- Create and present regular business performance and growth opportunity reports.
- Coordinate onboarding processes by sharing client data with the Corporate Team.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between departments to enhance service delivery.
- Represent the company at external events, job fairs, conferences, and networking meetups.
- Achieve recognition as a trusted outsourcing partner in the international market.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, client relations, or account management roles.
- Experience representing companies in international markets is a strong plus.
