- Build and maintain automations and integrations between internal systems using Rewst, n8n, Retool, and direct API connections.
- Write and manage scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to improve workflows, automate tasks, and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams to streamline service delivery and project execution.
- Support business units by identifying repetitive tasks or inefficiencies and creating automation solutions to address them.
- Document processes clearly and communicate technical details in a way that is easy for both technical and non-technical team members to understand.
- Stay current on platform changes and continue growing through structured learning and hands-on experimentation.
- Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell, with proven experience automating tasks across platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and RMM solutions (e.g., NinjaOne, ImmyBot).
- Demonstrated expertise in API integration, including OAuth2 authentication, inbound and outbound webhooks, data management with JSON, and templating using Jinja.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (with application in tools like Retool) and familiarity with VBScript (for automations in systems such as QuoteWerks).
- Comprehensive understanding of SQL, with a track record of writing and optimizing queries for Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Adaptability to new platforms, particularly:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Entra
- Rewst (certification expected)
- n8n (training expected)
- Retool
