Role Description This is a fulltime onsite role for a NetworkingSecurity Support Engineer. The NetworkingSecurity Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical and customer support, operating systems, and customer service. The NetworkingSecurity Support Engineer will also provide onsite support and will be located in Valencia, Venezuela. Qualifications English or Portuguese speaker is a mandatory requirement. Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Customer Support and Customer Service skills Experience with operating systems like LinuxWindows Excellent problemsolving and communication skills Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Cisconetworkingisc2 certifications is a plus VPNIPsec IDSIPS SnortSuricata FirewallIPtables DMZ TLSUDPTCP Dynamic and static routing Experience with IP Telephony, SIP, VoIP, and PBX is a plus Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
