1. Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Primary Focus: LinkedIn – Grow the company presence through engagement, content creation, and targeted outreach.
- Secondary Focus: Instagram & Facebook – Maintain and optimize content strategies
- Create graphics and post content using Zoho Social.
- Schedule and publish 3–4 posts per week across all platforms, including 1 reel
- Research and collect high-potential leads across Canada & the USA.
- Maintain a structured database of leads, ensuring they are properly
- Ensure all leads are organized, segmented, and tracked in the CRM.
- Connect Zoho CRM with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track outreach activity.
- Automate lead scoring and prioritize follow-ups based on engagement levels.
- Remove duplicates, update missing contact details, and ensure data integrity.
- Send personalized connection requests to targeted leads weekly.
- Track outreach and responses, ensuring follow-ups are executed properly.
- Sync LinkedIn activity with Zoho CRM for lead tracking and reporting.
A. Email Campaign Execution:
- Manage and segment CRM contacts for targeted email campaigns.
- Set up and test drip sequences, ensuring proper formatting and functionality.
- Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversions, optimizing for better engagement.
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices.
- Create dynamic lead segments based on behavior and engagement.
- Build separate nurture sequences for cold leads, warm prospects, and past
- Monitor Zoho dashboards to track marketing performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on lead generation, email campaigns, and social media
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, lead magnets, and other promotional
- Research and implement new digital marketing tools that enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and recommend new strategies
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM, social media, and email campaign management.
- Strong LinkedIn marketing experience, including outreach and engagement.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and list building using scraping tools.
- Familiarity with email automation, segmentation, and drip campaigns.
- Strong graphic design skills for creating high-quality visuals.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in B2B construction marketing with Zoho One is a strong asset.
