- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and potentially social media platforms.
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, subscriptions, and general product support.
- Communicate with a warm, helpful tone that reflects the brand’s voice.
- Track and report recurring issues to improve internal systems and customer experience.
- Assist in building and maintaining customer service SOPs and support systems.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the E-Commerce area.
- E-commerce, Gorgias experience is required.
- Familiarity with subscription-based e-commerce environments is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Shopify or Amazon is helpful.
- Strong written communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
