Caracas, VenezuelaWe are looking for a strategic and experienced Business Management Group Manager to join our client's team in the business management sector. In this role, you will contribute to executing the Company Director's orders, organizing documentation, and developing internal regulations. You will also conduct analytical monitoring, prepare reports, and collaborate with government entities.Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Additional training in business management, strategic planning, or financial administration is valued.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in business administration and management, preferably in industrial or service sectors.
- Russian nationality, residing in Russia with availability to relocate to Caracas, Venezuela.
- Previous experience in leadership roles or team management is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in management positions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with business management software (ERP).
- Knowledge of data analysis and presentation tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, dashboards, Thinkcell, etc.).
- Russian language: native.
- Spanish language: advanced.
- English language: considered a plus, preferably with conversational skills.
- Solid knowledge in business and financial management.
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Skills in budgeting and financial control.
- Knowledge in project and process management.
- Strong interpersonal relationship and networking skills.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of the Company Director's orders.
- Organize documentation related to organizational management, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Develop and adapt internal regulations (provisions, rules, and instructions).
- Conduct computer-based and analytical monitoring of the situation in Venezuela, preparing reports and reference materials.
- Consolidate and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports on ongoing activities.
- Prepare documents, analytical materials, and internal notes.
- Organize budget planning and representation expenses within the scope of responsibility.
- Develop programs, plans, and schedules for visits and meetings, draft minutes, and monitor the implementation of decisions made.
- Plan and carry out corporate events in various formats.
- Create and modify informational materials related to company activities and events.
- Participate in procurement procedures and oversee the execution of informational service contracts.
- Collaborate in the planning and budget control of managed contracts, preparing execution reports.
- Draft informational materials such as press releases, articles, and reports on upcoming and past events.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with various government entities (Ministry of Labor, SAIME, Embassy of the Russian Federation in Venezuela, among others) to address both functional and cross-functional tasks.
