- Work across the stack to build new features end-to-end: from backend logic to frontend implementation using .NET and Angular.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable, and testable solutions.
- Handle XML/JSON integrations, especially mapping to/from industry specifications such as MISMO MCD, ILAD, and others.
- Contribute to the modernization of the platform licensed by MISMO, the U.S. mortgage industry’s standards body.
- Collaborate with a remote team of talented engineers to maintain high-quality code and agile practices.
- Ensure adherence to coding best practices, performance standards, and security requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows.
- Strong experience with .NET (latest versions) and Angular (10+).
- Comfortable working Fullstack, with solid understanding of frontend/backend development.
- Experience level with Entity Framework (Intermediate)
- Proven experience with REST APIs, XML/JSON parsing, and automation of integrations based on specific data standards/specifications.
- Good communication in English (B2 or higher).
- Familiarity or interest in working with industry-specific data standards (e.g., MISMO) is a big plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed agile team.
- Demonstrated capacity to adapt to new tools and evolving technical environments.
